4.3 Transaction Rejection

Bonuses and Promotional Offer Terms
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New users will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. For example, depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus giving a balance of ৳2,000; before withdrawing that bonus, a wager of ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000 must be placed.
5.2 General Terms for Other Bonuses
All promotional bonuses — including the Weekly Reload Festival, Slot Explosion and Cricket Field King — have their own wagering requirements, which are stated separately in each offer's details. If a bet exceeds the permitted limit using bonus funds, the bonus may be cancelled. Winnings earned using a bonus can only be withdrawn once the wagering requirement has been met.
5.3 Bonus Abuse
If bd jekpot detects any attempt to abuse bonuses, it reserves the right to cancel the bonuses on the account concerned and, if necessary, to close the account. Claiming bonuses on multiple accounts from the same household or the same device will be treated as abuse.
Betting and Gaming Rules
6.1 Finality of Betting Decisions
Once a bet is confirmed it cannot be cancelled or changed, unless a technical error or special circumstances arise on bd jekpot's part. Game outcomes are determined by the game software and bd jekpot does not interfere with those outcomes.
6.2 Technical Errors
If a game or betting process is interrupted due to server issues, internet disruption or any other technical reason, bd jekpot will act in accordance with system logs. The stake may be refunded for incomplete game rounds.
6.3 Special Conditions for Sports Betting
For all sports betting including cricket matches, the official result issued by the relevant sporting body is used to determine match outcomes. If a match is cancelled, suspended or abandoned, bd jekpot's stated policy will apply to the bets concerned.
